Body
Your range, not a population chart. Each vital is read against the 28 days before it, so 40 bpm is judged against you.

01The Hybrid Score
Strength and engine are graded on the same ladder, then combined so the weaker side counts for more.

The founder's own account, 29 Sep 20262
Strength
74
Engine
50
2 × 74 × 50 ÷ (74 + 50) = 59.7
It is a harmonic mean, and that is the point. The weaker side pulls the number down harder than the stronger side lifts it, so the fastest way up is to close the gap. It falls when you stop training.
Both sides are graded against published population standards3 on one ladder, so 60 means the same standing whether it came from a barbell or a run.
02How it fits a week
From the morning reading to the number at the end of it, in five screens.
Today
Recovery, strain and sleep from Apple Health, one line on how your vitals sit against your normal, and a session sized to the time you have.

Plan
It reads your calendar and your recovery, puts each session in a real gap and says why. Nothing lands until you accept it.

Train
Every set opens on what you did last time. Tick it and the rest timer runs, in the app and on the lock screen.

Atlas
Atlas reads your sessions, recovery and calendar before it answers, and builds today's session for the side holding your number down. It proposes, you confirm.

Score
Patterns are found in your own logged data, and each one prints how strong the evidence is.

03Everything else
Your body, your lifts, your runs, HYROX, and the history you bring with you.
Your range, not a population chart. Each vital is read against the 28 days before it, so 40 bpm is judged against you.

Every lift has a page. Best estimated 1RM, heaviest set, rep maxes and the whole history.

Your runs, read. Time in each heart rate zone and your best sustained pace from 1 to 20 minutes.

Your number on the home screen. Both sides, recovery and the next session.

Stations, circuits and race sims. The pace clock keeps running on the lock screen while you are on the erg.

Bring your history. Imported sessions count toward your number.4
04Evidence and privacy
The research behind every number is public, and your data is never for sale.
39
Published sources behind the metrics. Where a number is our own design choice, like the harmonic mean, the science page says so.
Your data stays yours. No ads, no selling, and the way out is one tap away.
05Free and Pro
Your number, the radar and the share card stay free forever. Pro is everything that moves the number.

A few lifts and one run give an estimate from the same math the app uses. The app then measures it from what you actually log.
Your estimated Hybrid Score

This is an estimate. The app measures the real thing: it logs your lifts, syncs your runs, and the number moves with you. Free on the App Store.

How to read your Hybrid Score
Both sides are graded against published population standards on one ladder. All 39 sources are public on the science page, which also says plainly which parts are our own design choices.
It does not replace them. It reads from what you already use and gives the one answer none of them do: whether the way you split your week is making you a more complete athlete.
Neither do most people who use it. HYROX is one supported goal, not the point.
The engine side falls back to a recent hard run. Everything else can be logged by hand.
Apple Health and Strava sync from the iPhone app. Google Calendar connects for planning your week. Strong and Hevy history imports from their CSV export. Anything else can be logged by hand. There is no direct connection to Garmin, WHOOP, Oura or Fitbit yet, though workouts and readings they save to Apple Health come in through it. Google Fit and Health Connect are Android services, and hybridAF is an iPhone app.
No. hybridAF is an iPhone app.
No. Never.
